Roberto's Tacos are not consistent here in LV. The spot on the southside doesn't taste like the one on the west. The northside has different spices also. I would say that the one on Sahara and Decatur win hands down with the most flavor. Carne asada fries... If you haven't tried it yet, then I don't know.
