It is described as modern Japanese food... It is really just fancy wording for fusion Japanese/French cuisine... The presentation was excellent and the quality of the food was the same... It took alot of food to barely fill me and my guest... Hachi was good but not great... Too overpriced and overhyped in my opinion...
