I was at the local bookstore and I had the pleasure of reading Thomas Keller's The French Laundry Cookbook. The dishes are constant reminders of where I need to head and what I need to master.

The French Laundry is an American restaurant located in Yountville, California, in the Napa Valley. The restaurant has won several awards and is considered by many critics to be one of the best restaurants in the United States and the world.
