Awoke from a nap and I look down at my hand to see that it has swollen twice the size. I've been in two life threatening accidents in my life and I am still here. The first one was after a snowboarding trip with Mj @ MH. I will never forget that day. We were driving down a two lane highway and a red Camaro comes in to our lane. One side was fast moving cars and the other a 30 foot cliff. Everything is slow motion before impact. I walked away unscathed.

No one was seriously hurt today and for that I am truly thankful.
And if you think that looks bad, you should see the other guy.


On a lighter note...

South Park was making fun of Kanye tonight. And they made cartoons of Chris Julian[Fruition] and Ti$a[McM]. Too fu*king funny!

I'm watching Anthony Bourdain right now and this MF has a great job. He traipses around the world and tries all the food we would/wouldn't like to eat. Bourdain is in Mexico right now eating different types of street food. It is making me hungry... I feel like going to Pepe's to get some cabeza and lengua tacos. That is some authentic Mexican in Las Vegas.

Oh btw, we served stone crab claws at the restaurant today. They were okay. I wouldn't pay the prices these high rollers are paying for them.

I'm in a quandry.

I'm usually attracted to the opposite sides of the spectrum. It can be the artsy fashion type girls or it could be the obvious hotties in the club. The first have great conversation but take an eternity to get anywhere with. You have to take them to shows and really put in alot of effort... which I'm not opposed to. They would be the ideal relationship types. The latter is an instant gratification type of thing. I say hello, buy them a drink, and most likely be making out with them in the bathroom. They are out to have fun... which I'm not opposed to. They are the weekend buddies and nowhere near relationship material.

I met this girl last week with an ill spine tat. She was really tall. I had to look up when talking to her. She got up on the gogo box and my view was wow. She knew what I was looking at. Hahaha. Remember when it was hot when a chick had a tat strategically placed on her body? Like a pink bow right next to the pelvic bone. I knew a Mexichick at Blue Cross in Cali that had one. I use to tell her that I wanted to unwrap her. She would always give me a WTF!? look but she knew what was up! LOL. **shouts out Marie... Nowadays chicks are going overboard... they have tats on arms, hands, neck, face,etc. I think it looks mad trashy. Trends these days. Psssh! I decided today that I will no longer seek out those types of women. Too bad too cause tatted chicks equals freaky.

I finished all my Christmas shopping today. I'm thinking about wrapping them right now but I feel mad lazy; so, I'm blogging instead. Hahaha. I put alot of thought in the presents this year. Although the items purchased are not extravagant... they are presents I would want to receive. I hope they feel the same way.

Saw a revamped Captain America Mugg @ Walmart. They made him look younger and kinda vintage. Pretty cool. I'm adding it to the collection after the holidays.

It snowed in Las Vegas earlier this week. This is the only picture I got. It was mad cold and I was in bed under my covers all day long.


Food @ work has been crappy. I can't really complain when it's free99. But when they get it right... they get it right! Had the mongolian pork and curry chicken over rice... delish!

Since everyone works on Thanksgiving, we decided to have our dinner last night @ Kristine's house. But we did not have turkey... oh no no. We had a feast of seafood which consisted of crabs, mussels, and shrimps. What's the plural for shrimp anyway??

We steamed the crabs, baked the mussels with parmesan cheese, and sauteed the shrimp with sriracha and garlic as seasoning. Eating this kind of seafood is tedious and time-consuming. There was alot of cracking, peeling, and picking at the crab. Took alot of time but it was well worth the trouble.

From start to finish. Look @ that monster! We had one each.


Into the water. Sorry buddy! Don't give me those eyes!


After twenty minutes it was ready. Time to work.


This was the aftermath. My stomach was full and my hands smelled crabby the whole night. lol. And btw, I didn't use vinegar at all. The naked flavor of the crab was enough. *mouth waters* Mmmmm crab mustard.
