The first I heard about this place was an article I read in GQ mag. Then months later I see a feature on Anthony Bourdain's show. The food was "out there" with dishes like pork with oyster and shaved frozen foie gras as a dessert.. whut??! I liked his business/culinary motto. The owner is a guy I probably couldn't work with but would love to learn from.
