AUSTIN'S WINE TASTING.

Came in to a wine tasting at Austin's today. The kitchen was crazy messy with our two chefs cooking. I'll go backwords with the dishes. Starting with desserts and ending with the salad.

Various creme brulees.


White seabass with grilled thyme shrimp on red pepper risotto and tomato coulee.
