TAPAS.

I experimented with some ingredients we had in the restaurant today. It goes along with the tapas trip I'm on right now. The first item on the menu is the scallops en crostini with chipotle rouille.


The second item on the menu goes along with Octoberfest. It is bratwurst on a soft pretzel bread with dijon mustard. It was delicious.






The special today was a blackened Alaskan salmon on a bed of risotto with basil & red pepper infused oil.
