A FOOD BLOCK.

SATURDAY BRUNCH LAST WEEKEND

I arrived in LA early in the morning... around 4AM. I was really hungry but it was too late to eat. I stayed @ Chat's place and I had her big bed to myself. The mattress was a little hard for my taste but Whatevs. It was comfy enough. I knock'd out!

I hear Chat walking around but I was too tired to get up that early. She ran some errands while I slumbered. I finally wake up and call her. She suggested a place for brunch in Santa Monica somewhere. We end up @ the Ford Filling Station[Harrison Ford's son]. The food was good but the mimosas were better. The dishes had a Southern influence. My hashbrowns was mixed with corn. I haven't seen it prepared like that before.

SUNDAY BREAKFAST

I woke sunday morning hungry as f*ck. I drank aloooot the night before and I needed to replenish. Anthony suggested a mom and pop restaurant. I always gauge a place by how good their eggs benedicts are. This place was good.

LUNCHTIME SUNDAY

We went to the Lobster Festival on sunday. I had just eaten a hearty breakfast; so, a big ass lobster was not on my mind. The rest of the crew had a lobster each. Anthony finished his lobster with the quickness. He said it wasn't enough. I didn't have any but I couldn't refuse tasting the lobster "mustard". That's where the real flavor is.

Where's Pauldo?

SUNDAY DINNER

I already forgot the name of the spot but the food was good. Anthony took us here. It was a fire station converted into a restaurant. It was in the middle of Glendale. A hidden gem. You wouldn't be able to find this place unless you looked hard.

I would describe Kat's color right now as hot pink. That's after only one drink. LOL!

Prosciutto wrapped asparagus.

Baked mac and cheese.

Blue cheese french fries.

Tran Ly and Eye.

We had more drinks but I think Kat was done @ this point. She was toasting with water. Don't ya know that's BAD luck!

Why you soo red, Kat?

OK. You're not red... just a little pink.

MONDAY BRUNCH

Anne calls me @ 11AM[I got home @ 6AM] and tells me that she's hungry. She wanted to have lunch early. WAS. NOT. GONNA. HAPPEN. We had lunch @ 2PM.

Green tea, Iced.

Krystel had something that looked like katsu with curry sauce.

Anne and Eye had the beef curry. It was mediocre.

I was still full from lunch but Anne wanted some fro-yo. She got the taro and original. I had a taste and it was good.

Our last stop was a spot that was "cash only". Anne needed an excuse to eat some more; so, we can get our parking ticket validated. I had the mango mochi and she had the red bean.

Last weekend was filled with good times and good food.
